Eating fruits like apples, bananas, oranges, etc. are a big part of  a healthy diet, they help you a lot and they have a lot of vitamins and proteins our body needs.

Water is essential in a healthy diet, not only it helps us in our metabolism, it also makes our skin healthier and help lessen the chance of kidney stones, keep joints lubricated, prevent and lessen colds and flu and help prevent constipation. We all need 8 glasses of water a day.

Having and exercise rutine is very helpful to maintain and have a much healthier body by combating health conditions and diseases.
Oatmeal cookies are really good for your body, they help can help lower cholesterol, which is good for cardiovascular health. Also, oatmeal is high in fiber, which is good for bones and digestive systems, also this cookies are a good source for vitamin E, iron and protein. and ofcourse they taste real good.

















Playing sports is a really good and fun exercise, this helps you a lot by maintaining  your healthy lifestyle and it teaches you team effort and team spirit. It improves our mood and boost our energy.
